WELCOME!

Hi — I’m Tori (they/them), the Community-Made Music Nerd. I’m a queer, trans music producer based in Denver who brings 14+ years of customer service, marketing, and project management experience from the corporate world to the creative community. After two layoffs in two years, I decided to move my skillset to where it would matter most: helping musicians, collectives, and other artists run their operations smoothly so they can focus on the creation of the art they love (and need to keep the lights on).

What do I offer?

  • Practical business support: bookkeeping basics, invoicing, calendar and email management, contract creation.

  • Marketing that lands: simple, strategic campaigns, messaging, and content planning tuned to your specific wants and needs.

  • Project management & systems: task workflows, deadlines, and tools that reduce friction to keep even the most mundane projects moving.

  • Launch & event support: planning, promotion, and day-of coordination so shows, releases, and fundraisers go off without burnout.

How am I different?

My corporate training taught me systems that scale with business needs, but my heart is with the creative communities in which I personally operate. I speak artist language and business language—and translate between them. I don’t force one-size-fits-all solutions; I diagnose bottlenecks and build lean, sustainable processes that fit how you actually work.

Who do I work with?

Independent musicians, producers, DIY labels, creative collectives, and arts-focused businesses who need practical, no-nonsense support to get organized, get paid, and be heard.

pricing

The foundations of my life and work are community care and mutual aid, which is why I’ve structured my business pricing using the green bottle sliding scale method to account for wealth disparities that systematically affect marginalized communities. My pricing intentionally creates space for people to pay according to their means while still sustaining the work and redistributing resources more equitably. This model centers dignity, reduces barriers to entry, and acknowledges that true community resilience depends on flexible, intentional economic practices that prioritize people over profit.
